Abstract

The researcher in the field of history, as a professor and a student, needs to be able to master the research methodology in his specialty, in order to achieve one of the most important goals of this science, the importance and role of which is no secret to anyone.Perhaps the most important thing that the researcher in the field of history undertakes is to enrich human historical knowledge, which will not be Except from a serious researcher who is morally and scientifically committed.

In this contribution, we present some methodological principles and rules that were extracted from solid books and studies, and from modest field experiences, through which we hope to enlighten those working in the field of history and direct them to some of what can benefit them in their research.
